TERMS OF SERVICE

>PAYMENT<

- I accept payment via Ko-Fi or PayPal only.
- Full payment infront, before I start working in the commission.
- I do not offer REFUNDS, unless the commission is not finished within 1 year.
- All prices are in USD.

>PROCESS<

- Contact me via DM on BlueSky or Ko-Fi or via Discord (NoxferSpiralz).
- For discussion about the commission can be done via Discord, BlueSky or Ko-Fi.
- When ordered a commission you already accept the TOS.
- I have the right to decline a commission if I'm not comfortable with it.
- Commissions may take up to 2 weeks or a month.
- You can ask for progress.
- You can make changes during the sketch and color phase (max. 3), if there more changes you must pay a fee, unless if was a mistake of mine.
- Upon completion you will receive the piece in full resolution.
- I reserve the right to adjust prices in cases of a much higher complexity or rushed deadline in the required commission.

- Commissions are for Personal use only, unless you pay the fee for Commercial use.
- You may not resell my work.
- I maintain all the rights of my artworks.
- All my commissions will be signed.
- I'll post them online, if you want to stay anonymous, please let me know before.
- Posting my art to any social media MUST be credited.
